•Adetunji Ogunwusi – Chairman
Adetunji is a graduate of Agric Economics from the University of Ibadan. He is a former banker who started his career with the then Nigerian Intercontinental Merchant bank in 1991 until 1998 when he left banking. With an abiding capability to adapt to complex organizational issues , while developing realistic business plans and implementing workable strategies, he assumed the position of Deputy Manager/Head of Credit and Marketing with Hillcrest Merchant Bank Limited (Now Intercontinental Bank Plc) in 1995. In 1999, he birthed his brain child Tunji Ogunwusi & Co., a distinguished investment company with a focus on Financial & Management Consulting. Tunji sits on board of several companys in the Engineering, Financial Services and Beverages Industries.
•Adegboyega Aboderin – Director
Gboyega is an Alumus of the University of Ibadan and possesses vast experience in Service Management Business Analysis, Project Management, Strategy Formulation and Implementation, Risk Analysis and Management Business Process Redesign and Business Continuity Management, using various best practice frameworks. He is a Business Consultant and is the Managing Consultant with the firm E & M Business Solutions Limited. He has chaired and facilitated workshops, seminars and conferences, and has played an integral part in establishing project organizations and governance structures in projects and programs and the evaluation and negotiation of contracts. He is a member of various professional associations including Project Management Institute and IT Service Management forum.
•Omotayo Oladimeji - Director
Omotayo Oladimeji is a seasoned professional with over 14 years banking experience with cross functional experience covering Audit and consulting, Operations, financial Controls and Banking. She holds a B.Sc. Accounting degree from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-ife, and an MBA from the Lagos Business School. Tayo is a chartered Accountant, currently a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), and also an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Taxation Nigeria (CITN). She is also an alumnus of IESE Business School, Spain. Tayo is currently into professional private practice in audit and business advisory services.
•Lola Ogunwusi – Director
Lola Ogunwusi is a Non-Executive Director of Primewaterview Limited. She holds a 1st degree in Political Science from the Obafemi Awolowo University (1991). She also bagged a Masters of Business Administration in 2002 from the same university. Her career spans long years of banking at Intercontinental Bank Plc as Head of Investment Banking where she built a reputation for her analytical, planning, organizational and negotiating skills. She was later transferred to the International Operations department before she resigned in 2004.
•Wasiu Oyedeji- Head Finance
Wasiu leads the finance function for PWV Limited. He brings his understanding and in-depth knowledge of Finance and Accounting, to the role from his experience in various sectors including Construction, Auditing, and Management consulting. He holds a HND in Accounting degree from Lagos State Polytechnic, Ikorodu, Lagos State. He is a graduate member of Chartered Institute of Loan and Risk Management of Nigeria (CIRM), and also a Professional Student of Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) United Kingdom with a view of becoming an international Certified Accountant. He has also worked with different Organizations.
